Tania Sisel
Nutritionist
Tania Sisel is a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner working with many different conditions and health issues. Her goal is to get to the root of the problem and peel back the layers to see how various health issues are connected. Her practice focuses on helping people heal and educating them as well as empowering them to take charge of their own health. Tania guides you through your own health journey and supports you and give you the information you need to succeed. This includes healing your health conditions and optimizing your health so you feel as good as you possibly can. Prevention plays a huge role in maximizing your health. For people who have already experienced health challenges and conditions, this may look different. The belief that we are all biochemically unique is at the center of Tania’s practice. The goal is to find out what works for you, even if you have the same condition as someone else. What works for one person may not work for another person. The treatment plan we come up with together is specific to you and to your body’s needs
Tania has 15 years of experience in the social services, youth work and in counseling families. Her background also includes many years of working with women and children. She chose nutrition therapy as a means of bringing her counseling experience together with health and wellness. Through her personal journey with health challenges and the holistic approach versus the Western approach, she has learned the value of a healthy diet and lifestyle as well as the value of challenging long-time habits and beliefs about food and its connection to wellness.

Kaylinn Buchanan,
L.M.T
Kaylinn finds great importance in the many benefits that massage therapy offers. She focuses her sessions on the individual needs of the client, offering Swedish massage, hot stone, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and deep tissue massage. She combines these modalities, often all in one session, to give her clients her individualized and beneficial bodywork.
Kaylinn graduated from Higher Elevation Healing Arts School in the Vail Valley. There she received the foundational education necessary to become a well-rounded therapist. She was presented with the “Best Student” award in her class by the school's director, because of her focus and dedication to learning and passion for massage.
In her practice, Kaylinn's focus is to relieve clients of discomfort associated with structural and muscular problems typically related to repetitive motion issues, stress, and the daily activities that may contribute. She teaches her clients about proper posture and movement, facilitating body awareness and empowering the client so they can live in a body that moves with more freedom and comfort.
